Return Policy

Please read all the conditions below.
Varsai Shop have the rights to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.
Please make sure your request for "return" or "damaged items on delivery" or "missing" the item parts same day of delivery. The following conditions will apply:

  • All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the box has been opened, we cannot return the item.
  • Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
  • If you decide to return your item, you can do so within 7 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:
          i)    The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
          ii)   If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you.
          iii)  If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box and the content of box including manual must be returned too.
  • Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
  • Goods must be returned to our Returns Department either by yourself, or sent by a courier.
  • Amount of the Return only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
  • Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
  • If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.
  • All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition as received. If the box has been opened, we cannot return the item.
  • Include the invoice with the return. If the goods awe defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
  • Goods must be returned to our Returns Department either by yourself or sent by a courier.
  • Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once Varsai  received the products, it will be sent for inspection:
  • Send per-authorized returns to the address mentioned in the contact us page. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Exchange or Returns shall not be applicable to such products falling to the categories as;

  • Accessories
  • Software products
  • Cartridges
  • Toners
  • Any customized configuration product supplied
  • Any non-local Distributors products
  • Special Order

Important Note:-
Please note that you should be extremely careful while receiving and installing the below category products. Our team is doing complete safety checkup before sending the shipment & will not provide any compensation in case of any physical damage occurring from the customer. If damage is occurred during the shipment process, the customer should immediately contact us when the product is received.
All items come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty from date of purchase unless stipulated otherwise in the product information, or in the Terms and Conditions mentioned below.
All returns will be charged at a minimum of 10%-20% of the product value irrespective of the condition of the product. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable at the moment and are borne by the customer.

Order Delays or Cancellations
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at support@varsai.ae or WhatsApp +971 52 232 9041 with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.

If you really decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel the order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
